Description
RE-DEV8240 is an full-electric road sweeper with multimedia screen for advertisement and environmentally friendly and high-performance. The sweeper’s battery pack has a capacity of 70 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery group with working autonomy from 8-10 hours in single-charge. It has a sweeping width of 1.6 to 2.4 meters adjustable from cabin, a hopper capacity of 1.85 cubic meters with maximum payload up to 1 ton, and is characterized by long battery life and high cleaning efficiency. It is widely used for cleaning operations in urban roads, parks, residential areas, industrial parks, and other scenarios.
Electric Sweeper Configuration
Battery Pack: The 70kWh super-large capacity lithium iron phosphate battery pack provides long endurance, high safety, environmental protection and high efficiency, supporting efficient cleaning and low maintenance costs.
Touch-Screen Controller Interface: The street sweeper is equipped with a touchscreen and control panel, featuring a one-touch operation button for a simple and efficient user experience.
Industrial Electric Motor: Permanent magnet synchronous motor, high efficiency and low consumption, stable power output, enhancing the road sweeper’s cleaning performance for more durable and efficient operation.
Dual-Channel Driving Camera: The reversing video and driving recorder dual-re-cording system enhances the safety of cleaning operations, allowing the operator to monitor the situation behind the vehicle in real-time during cleaning and reversing, ensuring more accurate and safe operation.
Sweeping Performance
This multi-functional road sweeper features high vacuum suction system and excellent cleaning efficiency with 700mm wide of suction vent alone. The sweeping width assembly from 1.6m to 2.4m cleaning track and fully control from the cabin.

AC Air Conditioner: Roof-mounted integrated air conditioning for heating and cooling, providing a comfortable operating environment throughout the seasons, improving work efficiency.
High Pressure Washing: The high-pressure wash gun has strong water flow, easily washing the road surface, and can also clean the vehicle, efficient in multiple scenarios.
Intelligent Drainage System: Equipped with a one-button wastewater discharge function, combined with an efficient filtration system. The design prevents clogging, ensuring smooth and efficient operation even in rainy conditions.
